Pay it Forwards

I watched a film yonks ago that I never stayed awake long enough to see the end (nothing new there then) but the gist of it was you did something nice for someone and then they had to do something nice for someone else. In everyday life I am often doing something for people when they ask for help. Sometimes you get a big thank you, sometimes a small thank you and often nothing. Kind of pee’s me off when they ask for help then you don’t even get a thank you but that’s how some people roll and that’s their journey.

So I got to thinking if I did something nice for someone without them asking it sort of removes the thank you bit as I am doing it out the of the warm fuzziness of my heart and there is no need for a thank you. I am paying it forward.

Today I a going to pay it forward and it’s to Jo from 2starsandaswirl. Why Jo? Her enthusiasm, willingness to learn and the amount of sheer hard work she puts into everything she does just makes her awesome. She has the most gorgeous little boy who often tests he, like any little boy should, but Jo gets on with it and is a brilliant mum.

So Jo – that picture you asked me to do is a freebie. There are two conditions with my pay it forward though:

1 You have to instead buy yourself something you want – not something you need. It can be anything …get your nails done …massive chocolate cake ….anything.

2 You have to pay it forward and do something for someone else. Can be anything for anybody but a hopefully a blogger so that it keeps going. You don’t have to includes conditions with your Pay it Forwards but do explain that the idea is to Pay it Forwards.
